At ChatTuber.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not happy with your experience for any reason, simply request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll process a full refund of your subscription fee - no questions asked.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund
- After 7 days: No refund available (you may cancel to prevent future charges)
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund
- Between 14-30 days: Pro-rated refund based on unused time
- After 30 days: No refund available (you may cancel to prevent renewal)
3. How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Email Us

- 2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
- 3. Include the following information:
- Account email address
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Date of purchase
Option 2: Billing Portal
You can also request a refund directly through your account settings:
- 1. Log in to your ChatTuber.ai account
- 2. Go to Settings > Billing
- 3. Click "Manage Subscription"
- 4. Select "Request Refund"

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
5. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, the following changes will take effect immediately:
- Account Status: Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
- Premium Features: Access to premium features will be removed
- Message Limits: Daily message limits will reset to the free tier allowance
- Creator Styles: Creator style slots will be limited to the free tier
- Chat History: Your chat history will be preserved and accessible
You can always upgrade again in the future if you change your mind!
6. Credit Purchases
If you've purchased additional message credits (if applicable):
- Unused Credits: Full refund available within 7 days if no credits have been used
- Used Credits: No refund if any credits from the purchase have been consumed
- Transferability: Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Expiration: Unused credits remain valid until used or account closure
7. Exceptions
The following situations may affect refund eligibility:
- Banned Accounts: Accounts that have been suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service orAcceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of requesting a refund through us, your account may be permanently suspended.
- Abuse: Repeated refund requests (such as subscribing, using the service extensively, then requesting refunds multiple times) may be declined and could result in account restrictions.
- Promotional Pricing: Subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts or special offers are subject to the terms specified in the original promotion.
